老欉的堅持The Ancient Trees

我們只選用樹齡 50 年以上的龍眼老樹。老樹根系深植地底,能吸取更豐富的礦物質與微量元素,釀出的蜜香氣沈穩,口感層次分明,非一般年輕樹種可比擬。We explicitly select Longan trees over 50 years old. Their deep roots absorb rich minerals, creating a honey with profound aroma and complex layers.

120天的等待120 Days

市售蜂蜜多為 3-5 天採收的水蜜,需人工濃縮。我們堅持讓蜂蜜在蜂巢內自然熟成封蓋,歷經 120 天的釀造,水分自然降至 20% 以下,保留完整的活性酵素。Most commercial honey is harvested in 3-5 days. We wait. We let the honey mature naturally in the hive for 120 days until the water content drops below 20%, preserving all active enzymes.

冷壓初榨Cold Extraction

全程採用冷壓工藝,不經高溫加熱,不使用細密過濾網,保留花粉與蜂膠的微粒。這是對自然的最高敬意,也是 Forest Honey 的承諾。We use a cold extraction process without heating or ultra-filtration, retaining pollen and propolis particles. This is our highest tribute to nature.
